Driver was very friendly, came to my hospital room to get me, even carried my clothes bags for me. When we arrived at my house, he parked right near the back door then wheeled me right up to the back door. Van looks really nice, even has a big screen TV with all the different services, so one could watch movies or whatever on longer trips. Would definitely use the service again.

Hospital recommended them and honestly couldn’t be any better they transported my wife via a very high quality comfortable stretcher in a fancy Mercedes sprinter and a TV in the van felt like a first class on an airplane driver very professional and caring for the comfort and very smooth ride 100% recommend them and if ever need transport I know who to call. Maxime & Co. provided a ride for my Mother that was pleasantly surprising after many rides by other local transportation companies that were filthy, food was everywhere and some didn’t even have a seatbelt for my 99 year old Mom. It’s indescribable how bad some of them are. Maxime & Co was prompt, clean, inviting, warm and my sister even rode in the van with Gordon and Mom while I drove behind. Other companies, you can’t wait for the ride to be over, on Maxime’s van, Mom didn’t want the ride to end !!! I will call them ANYTIME we need transportation in Fargo and beyond.

They provided me with a reclining wheelchair and a neck rest along with assistance on the stairs using their electric wheelchair. I really appreciated the beverages and TV throughout the ride. I am a quadriplegic and have been served for Transportation from Maxime & Co. for two years now. Where do I begin? Pedro himself is a gentleman among gentlemen. Along with him I’ve never had a driver who I haven’t had a good relationship with. My electric wheelchair in me is a pretty big load but I fit on their vans well. The drivers take the time to slow down on the big bumps and make the ride very comfortable. I highly recommend them to anybody in need of professional transportation.

The hospital arranged for Maxime to pick up my dad to take him to transitional care. I spoke to Pedro from Maxime on the phone to arrange payment, and he was professional and kind. Yaya, the driver, came to the room to get my dad. He helped the hospital staff get my dad ready to travel. He was professional and helpful. The Maxime van was well-appointed, clean, and safe. Yaya made sure my dad was comfortable for the drive. At transitional care, Yaya helped the staff get my dad settled in his room, chatted with him, and shook his hand and wished him well before leaving. He was kind and caring. Maxime and Yaya made a difficult situation much less stressful. I would highly recommend Maxime.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again. They were very safe and professional in their driving. They made my grandma's 6 hour road trip very relaxing and comfortable. She really enjoyed her trip and was treated with care and patients. They have everything equipped in their Mercedes sprinter to make a patient feel safe and comfortable. They were awesome!!!

Maxime & Co is always my first choice. I always feel safe with them. I never feel insecure in my wheelchair or with the van, the driver or their driving. The equipment is clearly well maintained and the staff is trained in how to secure various devices, even my electric wheelchair. The staff cares about me every time I ride with them. They make sure I'm comfortable (heat/cool, radio, sun in my eyes, etc.) and if I want to engage in conversation, they're all happy to chat. These folks are well worth the money. Safety and attention to detail make the difference here.

Maxime & Co drove my aunt to Arizona for the winter 2021. The drivers were kind, compassionate, and very attentive to her preferences - making sure she had just the right temperature & meals she enjoyed. They even accommodated her request to bring her lap dog! From making the reservation to getting her exactly where she needed to be went as smoothly as possible. I will absolutely be calling them again for transport needs when they arise! Pedro did an excellent job coordinating everything. Thank you SO MUCH for the peace of mind - it means the world to us!!

I was in a bind to get my mom to an appointment. I was so happy this company had room in their schedule for her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The driver Cleo was on time, very professional and courteous. It took so much stress off to have this service available. I wish I would have called them years ago for other appointments, and with the vans they have I felt like I was riding in style! I highly recommend them.

These guys are TOP NOTCH! They gave my fragile family member a ride to an appointment. I was able to go with. We rode in 2 different vehicles. Safe, reliable, prompt, very careful with the patient and very, very kind! The mattress on the gurney is thick and comfortable, their equipment is sturdy and safe. As a bonus, they have big tvs in their vehicles and they played the music of the patient’s choice. Thank you for great service! ❤️

Pedro was very nice and professional on the phone when I called to book a ride for my aunt! The drive to Orlando was very comfortable and his team ensured my aunt was safe and that I was able to ride with her. We also had entertainment on the ride, which was an extra touch that we enjoyed.
