The hospital arranged for Maxime to pick up my dad to take him to transitional care. I spoke to Pedro from Maxime on the phone to arrange payment, and he was professional and kind.
Yaya, the driver, came to the room to get my dad. He helped the hospital staff get my dad ready to travel. He was professional and helpful. The Maxime van was well-appointed, clean, and safe. Yaya made sure my dad was comfortable for the drive.
At transitional care, Yaya helped the staff get my dad settled in his room, chatted with him, and shook his hand and wished him well before leaving. He was kind and caring.

Pedro provides excellent service.  He was great with our mother, taking such good care of her and us.  It was a relaxing and comfortable ride. These guys are TOP NOTCH! They gave my fragile family member a ride to an appointment. I was able to go with. We rode in 2 different vehicles. Safe, reliable, prompt, very careful with the patient and very, very kind! The mattress on the gurney is thick and comfortable, their equipment is sturdy and safe. Maxime & Co. provided a ride for my Mother that was pleasantly surprising after many rides by other local transportation companies that were filthy, food was everywhere and some didn’t even have a seatbelt for my 99 year old Mom.  It’s indescribable how bad some of them are.  Maxime & Co was prompt, clean, inviting, warm and my sister even rode in the van with Gordon and Mom while I drove behind.  Other companies, you can’t wait for the ride to be over, on Maxime’s van, Mom didn’t want the ride to end !!! I was in a bind to get my mom to an appointment. I was so happy this company had room in their schedule for her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The driver Cleo was on time, very professional and courteous. It took so much stress off to have this service available. Maxime & Co drove my aunt to Arizona for the  winter 2021.  The drivers were kind, compassionate, and very attentive to her preferences - making sure she had just the right temperature & meals she enjoyed.  They even accommodated her request to bring her lap dog!  From making the reservation to getting her exactly where she needed to be went as smoothly as possible.  I will absolutely be calling them again for transport needs when they arise!  Pedro did an excellent job coordinating everything. This is the second time I have used their service, and it was a great experience! I highly recommend it. They offered comforting services. They provided me with a reclining wheelchair and a neck rest along with assistance on the stairs using their electric wheelchair. I really appreciated the beverages and TV throughout the ride.

Drivers were very friendly and helpful.

Definitely recommend!
